Warranty and Complaints
Is there a defect in your product? Here is what to do:
Submit a warranty claim through our form. So that we can review your claim within 1 business day, please prepare:
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order number).
- Photos or a short video – especially if the issue involves the chair mechanism or visible damage.
- Part number – if a component is missing or damaged, you will find its number in the assembly manual.
Important:
- Coverage period: You get a full 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- Product condition: Any item sent back to our service centre should be clean.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need the original box? We recommend keeping the packaging for the duration of the warranty, but it is not essential if you can safely pack the product for transport in alternative packaging.

- How long does it take to process a complaint? We aim to close the entire process within 14 days of receiving the product subject to the claim.
