Returning products within 14 days (withdrawal from the contract)
The product you ordered didn’t meet your expectations? You can return the products you purchased without giving a reason for up to 14 days from the date you received the parcel.
Returns step by step:
- Create a return request:
- for purchases made with registration, in your Customer Account after logging in,
- for purchases made without registration, via the universal form.
- Secure the product that is to be returned, then place it in the parcel.
- Stick the return label onto the parcel (in the RMA field enter the number of the return request you have created).
- Send the parcel to the address below:

Products that cannot be returned
- Hygiene products – supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened (they cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene – e.g. shavers, epilators, hair dryers, straighteners, etc.).
- Digital products – not recorded on a tangible medium and activated after purchase (e.g. computer games, software, films, music, etc.).
- Multimedia products – supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened (e.g. audio or visual recordings, computer programs, etc.).
Other information regarding returns
- The product you are sending back must be complete – in its original packaging together with the entire contents received.
- If you are sending the return in the parcel in which we sent your order to you – remove the old label and stick the return label on it.
- If you are returning more than one product, you may place them all in a single parcel. In that case, stick one label on the parcel and place the remaining labels inside it.
- Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels or parcels delivered to collection points.
- Under Polish law, the right to a 14-day return applies only to Consumers and Individual Entrepreneurs. This means that if you purchase a product for business use, you cannot make use of the 14-day return.
