Warranty Terms and Duration

Every SENSE7 device is covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of sale. The Seller grants it on behalf of the Guarantor within the territory of the Republic of Poland. This warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the Buyer's rights arising from the Consumer Rights Act. The warranty conditions are detailed in the warranty card.

Submitting a Complaint

Complaints should be reported through the store where the product was purchased. To do so, please present:

  • The product or its part covered by the warranty. It is advisable to include photos or videos depicting the defect or issue.
  • Proof of purchase specifying the name and address of the seller, date and place of purchase, the type of product, or an important warranty card stamped by the store.

The product sent for a complaint should be clean. In the case of delivering a dirty product, the service may refuse to accept it, or, with the customer's written consent, perform cleaning at the customer's expense.
