You can return the products you purchased without giving a reason for up to 14 days from the date you received the parcel.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Returns step by step:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a return request:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>for purchases made with registration, in your <a href=\"https:\/\/sense7.eu\/ro\/en\/my-account\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/sense7.eu\/ro\/en\/my-account\">Customer Account<\/a> after logging in,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for purchases made without registration, via the <a href=\"https:\/\/sense7.eu\/ro\/en\/return\/\">universal form<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sense7.eu\/ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Product_packaging_instructions.pdf\">Secure the product <\/a>that is to be returned, then place it in the parcel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stick the <a href=\"https:\/\/sense7.eu\/ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/return_label.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/sense7.eu\/ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/return_label.pdf\">return label<\/a> onto the parcel (in the RMA field enter the number of the return request you have created).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send the parcel to the address below:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Returns Warehouse <a href=\"http:\/\/morele.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Morele.net<\/a><br>ul. Wiejska 166C<br>41-216 Sosnowiec<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Products that cannot be returned<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hygiene products \u2013 supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened (they cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene \u2013 e.g. shavers, epilators, hair dryers, straighteners, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital products \u2013 not recorded on a tangible medium and activated after purchase (e.g. computer games, software, films, music, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multimedia products \u2013 supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened (e.g. audio or visual recordings, computer programs, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Other information regarding returns<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product you are sending back must be complete \u2013 in its original packaging together with the entire contents received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are sending the return in the parcel in which we sent your order to you \u2013 remove the old label and stick the return label on it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are returning more than one product, you may place them all in a single parcel. In that case, stick one label on the parcel and place the remaining labels inside it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels or parcels delivered to collection points.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under Polish law, the right to a 14-day return applies only to Consumers and Individual Entrepreneurs.
